Abattoir Supply Co warrants that products are free from defects from manufacture. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the South African Consumer Law.
Products are made according to the manufacturer standards. With normal use, they will give you many years of satisfaction. The manufactures give you a warranty against manufacturing and material defects from the date of purchase of your product.
Wear and discolouration, because of cleaning are not covered by the warranty.
Manufactures warranty does not cover the consequences of normal wear and tear, overheating or other misuse. Please refer to the individual manufactures warranty terms and conditions.
Also, discolouration, the formation of mineral deposits and scratches on the inside or outside of stainless steel are not considered a manufacturing defect.
If, despite all good care, you experience a problem that is covered by warranty, you can return the product together with the proof of purchase to Abattoir Supply Co. Logistics are the responsibility of the claimant.
